Good and quick paced workouts. A good selection of workouts and a number of different motivational voices. Good if you need an extra little push and especially if you can't make it to the gym. definitely worth a try... And I've been exercising for decades This is good and handy to have.

In the last days the app does not connect to the servers. No plan update, no league update, no activity update no profile update. Emailed support twice - no response. I am a paying customer for 8 months now! Update: following the weekend customer support responded and with a few email exchanges solved the problem. got their 5 stats back, since except that glitch this app is one of the most helpful apps i have and use a few times a day for 9 months!

Just a week and I love it already. Edit: Got hooked on the app, the workouts are the most amazing you will ever encounter. There is still an icing on the cake, there is a social side of it that is even better, amazing people you can meet that will help you get better.
