The game appears to be hung up and not launching. I have sent a couple of emails to "playfulbytesstudio" and have not received a response. When trying to launch/open my game, it gets hung up on 95% and will not open. I have invested money in this game in order to bypass the ads and have earned many points. I dont want to lose the points and money I have invested in by Uninstalling and Reinstalling the game. Can you please reboot my game and respond to my email. Thank You!

nice game, plagued with ads, not sure why they find it necessary to have so many ads, pretty much ruins what is a good game, 1 level 3 adverts. I suggest take a step back and see what's in it for the gamer and what is acceptable. I'm going to pause and see if there are any changes made after feedback if not then adiós amigo's

Great game but Now the app stops loading at 95% at level 325. I've tried everything on my end. please fix this so I can give it the 5 star it deserves. If you can send notifications like," we miss you", then please fix the loading problem so I can get to level 400.
