App doesn't work well at the best of times with the constant freezing then crashing. Now it doesn't even open. I and presumably others are paying a subscription fee to watch games, and the app can't consistently show games. It's the Nate Peterman of apps. At this point this is just robbery. We're paying to get nothing but bloatware.

My 5th 1 star review....I can't hate this app/service enough. It works every other week after you delete cache, app, account, change permissions, etc and even then it doesn't work. Constantly says you don't have a subscription. Um.... Yes... Yes I do... Google says I do. Your app says I do... Until I try to access anything to watch. Cust. Service is zero help. Don't donate your money to NFL. That's what it feels like...a donation. You get nothing. They pocket your 109 bucks and laugh.

While we have not been able to consistently replicate after basic troubleshooting, we are aware some users are experiencing issues with the current app experience. We will work towards improvement in the coming weeks and continue in the lead up to the season. Please check back for updates.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. What is the point of me paying for another subscription if I can't watch the out of market games, which is the whole point of getting this in the first place. The app is so sluggish that it is borderline useless on both my mobile devices and my Xbox series X. This is the worst app and subscription purchase you could make. After a year away and the app somehow got worse. I can't watch the team that I want to watch and I'm forced to listen with a radio.
