I wanted to like KakaoPage, but honestly, it’s been a huge disappointment. The app feels cluttered, slow, and confusing to navigate. The biggest issue, though, is the payment model. The “free to read” system is misleading – you constantly get stuck waiting for hours (or even days) just to unlock the next chapter, unless you spend money. And when you do pay, the prices are ridiculous for the amount of content you get. It feels more like a cash grab than a platform that respects its readers.

I finally went to try and use this app to officially support the authors but honestly the authors could've gotten more support if I were to make a direct contact with them. This app has way lower quality than it's officially advertised. The pages doesn't seem to load as fast as I expected it to be. The app occasionally crashes as well. Not to mention the comics are region-locked so even if you pay, you won't be able to read them. Overall, its a buggy app. I regret spending money here.

The app has a lot of potential with its large library of comics and novels, but the overall user experience is very frustrating, especially for non-Korean users. It often crashes randomly, even on new phones, and loads very slowly. Sometimes purchased chapters don’t even show up properly. On top of that, most of the content is locked behind a paywall, making it hard to enjoy. Overall, while the idea is good, the app itself is buggy, unreliable, and it's just so disappointing.
