Not impressed with the app. I'm tired of seeing uhoh something went wrong. it happens way too frequently, and the reviews here are littered with this same sentiment. Spare us the boilerplate "we're trying" and fix the issue. You've been making products way too long to have persistent issues like this echoed across your customer base. I have strong, fast wifi signal at the doorbell and my phone. There is no way it is a local network issue. If I could I would send it back for a refund.

Very slow app and interface is not very good. I should have just stayed with my wyze system. I got tempted with the 4K and end up unhappy with the lagging video feeds. Bad decision to purchase a 4K with regular cables. Maybe POE is faster? Will see on my next system upgrade. Update: Found out that the ethernet cable used was of a lower category. after replacing with a Category 6 cable, everything went fine.

Trash. It won't playback most video, and if you think you could actually go to a particular time and watch a video, get that thought out of your head. When viewing an event, it starts a few seconds in, and then doesn't allow a rewind to the beginning, where the event likely actually occurred. Instead, you have to watch to the end, and then press replay to get to the beginning. That's if you're lucky, otherwise, the server times out. The cameras are great, the NVR and app belong in a dumpster.
