Why would you all change the UI. Its so difficult to search for anything I want to watch besides what netflix is pushing. less information is on my tv. Ease of operations is horrible. Whoever approved this UI change should be fired and blackballed from ever working in the industry. I wish I could uninstall and sideload an older version but this garbage is built into my TV. I will be casting from my phone to watch anything from this point forward. If the phone app uses this UI. I'm done.

UI terrible. Streams regularly run with audio only. only way to rectify is to reboot device. Price going up, quality of service dropping. I'd seriously recommend rethinking signing up. Sadly, i can't see things improving now, so after over 10 years, I'm done. The content is available elsewhere, at a much more reasonable price

the recent update and removal of the categories makes it impossible to find anything you're looking for if it's not by title. Bringback the genre categories and reduced the size of the thumbnails to their previous size so you can see more than one row of movies at once.
