When I first opened the app, it asked me my name and then proceeded to print a long label that was not needed. What a waste of tape! The app is ok but has a lot of "premium features" that you have to pay for. These are all mixed in with the free ones, which is annoying to navigate. Lastly, it connected to my printer fine, but it wouldn't let me print anything until I created an account. Cheers, I needed more spam emails!

There has never been a search bar for icons (little pictures) which was annoying, but not so bad because there weren't tons of them. NOW they still do not have a search bar but want you to pay for many of the icons. There are too many to sift through now. It's a waste of my time and I will have to switch to a new label maker and company. It is too bad because I have used Phomemo for three years and it was decent until they tried making us pay for their mid program we already purchased.

While the core functionality of the app is good, it's a total cash grab where all but the most basic fonts, icons and templates require a subscription that's costs more annually than the printer was to buy in the first place. To make matters worse, the indicators for what is a "VIP" only item vs the included ones is not clear, forcing you to redesign again and again until you find one you can actually print without subscribing. No option to not display the VIP content mixed in with the rest.
