Now into conning you to buy stuff! They tell you that you are going to get 3 things for a penny, you pick them, then you have to buy something to get them, you buy, then after you check out, they say you have to buy more to get the last one! It's too bad too, because I used to buy alot from here before they started using these deceptive practices. And forget about just shopping, you are constantly bombarded with these "deals" and that stupid wheel spinning thing.

Order status shows: order shipped, while it's not shipped but still in the process of being shipped. It takes 2 weeks or forever before you receive your package. Everywhere in the app they promote fastest delivery is 5 days, this is not true at all. Their promo's are also misleading. Doesn't deserve a star at all. Customer care only has consoling messages to provide instead of a solution.

TOTAL SCAM!!!!! I've been offered free items if I make a minimum purchase only to find the free ones are no longer in the order. I am at least smart enough to cancel the order right away. Last week I supposedly won a 1500$ credit total is. I think temu is so desperate they are baiting people to buy. it doesn't work that way especially when the quality is so low you have to replace it fast. I guess with trumps tariffs Americans aren't shopping so they want Canadians to make up for it.
