Yango Pro is going to show its real face now! Most things are good in this app but nowadays most fleet partners are not paying the drivers. We have been working hard to hit the goals but the bonus amounts are not being transferred to the drivers. I didn't get the payment, it's been 15-20 days and don't know when will we get our hard earned money. Also, the fleet partners are not responding. I had been complimenting about Yango Pro but now, this app is making me disappointed.

This app is getting worse. First, when we go to pick up the pessenger and then they don't come , you can't cancel the ride before 10 minutes — if you do, you lose 10 points. Then, if the customer cancels after the rider or driver reach at location, our fuel gets wasted, and still, we don't get any points for this. On top of that, points decrease if we don’t accept a ride. And now, this new "Select Goal" feature has made things even worse. Kindly fix these issues, otherwise, it's garbage.

In the beginning, I found it a bit difficult to understand how the app works, but once I got used to it, I realized it’s actually a great platform. However, there are a few issues that I believe need attention for a better experience for both drivers and users. Some customers try to cheat or misuse the service. Sometimes, they bring two passengers, which is not possible on a motorbike. In other cases, even after a driver travels 5 km or more to reach them, they cancel the ride without any reason
